Version 4.0
Upcoming and overdue tasks can now be easily filtered by text, type and month. This provides for more detailed and specific searches. We have also added the option to adjust the number of tasks shown on the screen itself. This feature can be extremely useful for clients offering VAT services such as VAT returns as it will allow you to filter by the next VAT returns that are due.
The newly introduced export functionality for various items within the system has the aim of aiding your business in keeping up to date with important information relating to your clients.
Introduced in the home screen within Risk Assessments, Expiring Documents, Warnings and Tasks, this new feature allows you to export the shown list of warnings, tasks etc. into excel format where the data provided can be further analysed.
InScope now offers support for uploaded documents to be backed up using Google Drive. For clients with an on-premise installation, documents can now also be uploaded through InScope and stored within your own file system. Clients operating through our cloud system now also have the option to store documents on the Cloud. For further information on how you can implement this new feature to your personalised system kindly contact the team at support@inscope-aml.com.
When adding a company for the sole purpose of being a nominee or trustee, InScope now offers the ability not to define all the shareholders of such a company without displaying any warnings for the incomplete structure chart. To be able to make use of this function, the company must be set to non-serviced and the purpose set to other.
Company structure charts have been modified to give our clients even more information relating to the entities listed within the structure charts. Identification and registration numbers for individuals and companies respectively are now also shown. Details on minority shareholders are also included.

A help function that can be accessed through your InScope-AML system has now been introduced. This provides you with a step-by-step guide on how one can configure the system to suit your needs. This help function is continuous being updated and new items added for your convenience.
